The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whelen.com\/auto\/product.php?head_id=9&amp;cat_id=68&amp;prod_id=415\">Whelen Howler<\/a>, is  a big speaker inside an enclosure for protection. The operators report that everyone takes notice when the siren is used.
