On behalf of the Steering Committee<\/a>, we are pleased to announce the 11th Biennial International Conference on Vibration Problems (ICOVP-2013) to be held in Lisbon, Portugal, in September 9 – 12, 2013.<\/p>\n

The Department of Civil Engineering of Faculdade de Ci\u00eancias e Tecnologia of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (DEC\/FCT\/UNL) and IDMEC – Institute of Engineering Mechanics of Instituto Superior T\u00e9cnico of Technical University of Lisbon (IDMEC\/IST\/UTL) will jointly organise the event. The hosting institution will be the Technical University of Lisbon.<\/p>\n

The main objective of the conference is to bring together researchers and engineers devoting their work to vibration-related problems in different areas of engineering applications on a common platform.<\/p>\n

We strongly believe that ICOVP-2013 will have a significant impact on the development of contemporary analytical, numerical and experimental methods in vibration problems, and will also create an opportunity for opening a forum for discussion and collaboration amongst the participants.<\/p>\n
